Referrals
Clients can self-refer or obtain a referral from their GP, Paediatrician or Psychiatrist which can be directly emailed to:
Clients who have a GP referral via the Better Access to Mental Health Scheme are eligible for Medicare rebates of up to 10 treatment sessions per calendar year. Clients who self-refer may claim ancillary benefits via their private health insurer.

Please ensure you bring your Medicare card to each session. It is important to note this is a private practice and we do not routinely bulk bill. It is expected that all fees will be paid on the day of attendance. We accept cash and EFTPOS; Medicare rebates are processed on the same day.
PLEASE NOTE: NON-ATTENDANCE POLICY - A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise you will be charged for the cost of the session.
