Referrals and Fees

Clients can self-refer or obtain a referral from their General Practitioner, Paediatrician or Psychiatrist which can be faxed or emailed to:

Clients who have a General Practitioner referral via the Better Access to Mental Health Scheme are eligible for a Medicare rebate of up to 10 treatment sessions per calendar year.
Clients who self-refer may claim ancillary benefits via their private health insurer via HICAPS

Please ensure you bring your Medicare card and debit card to each session.
It is important to note this is a private practice and we do not routinely bulk bill.
It is expected that all fees will be paid on the day of attendance.
We accept cash and EFTPOS and with Medicare Easyclaim, your Medicare rebate is deposited directly into your bank account on the day.

Cancellation Policy
If,  for some reason you need to cancel or postpone the appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice, otherwise, you will be charged for the cost of the session.
